You may apply for your child(ren)'s Canadian Citizenship by completing the application from the Citizenship and immigration web site.
Request a translation of the birth and adoption certificates you received in Russia for your child(ren) and a notarized affidavit from the C.I.S Friendship Exchange translator.
Have your package notarized and forward it to the address in the instructions. Your child(ren)'s citizenship should be granted within 2 months.
