What is CANCIS Kids?

This new program is an exciting one for our Society. CanCis Kids is a Hosting Program. Interested families and older orphans, (ages 5 and over) are matched for a hosting experience, where the russian children come to stay for approximately 4 weeks. In that time, the hosting family takes care of the child, meets any medical needs, and gives the child an opportunity to experience life in our culture.

Upon the children returning to their homeland, many families have then decided to persue a formal adoption, and many of the children who have participated in this program have found 'forever families'.

This program is run by two of the Society's Directors; Wayne Hoskins and Laurel Hutton.
Please feel free to contact them with any questions you would have about this program.
