When the adoption for the child(ren) is completed in Russia, the Landed Immigrant document may not have the correct spelling of the name or middle names will likely be omitted.
It is a simple matter to have the child(ren)'s name(s) corrected by completing a Change of Name Application located at the B.C. Vital Statistics web site. the application will need to be notarized. Your child(ren)'s name change should be
completed within 1 month.)
